Inn has joined with Riboli Family Wine Estates to create private label
wines from California’s Central Coast. Each
of these fine Bridgeport Inn wines are served by the glass or bottle:
Inn Chardonnay, from Monterey,
California, is barrel fermented in French and American oak with hints of
ripe fruit. Flavors of citrus, guava and pear, and a malolactic fermentation
give the finished wine a creamy, buttery character.
Inn Merlot, from the Central
Coast of California, is aged in American oak barrels. This wine offers
forward flavors of blackberry, blueberry and plum, and a soft velvety finish. The
fragrant nose offers aromatic aromas of black fruit, vanilla and oak spice. Thorough
ripening of the grapes give the Merlot a deep, rich character.
Inn Cabernet Sauvignon, also
from the Central
Coast, shows bright red fruit of raspberry, cranberry and spicy black cherry. Barrel
aging in American oak contributes notes of vanilla, caramel and oak spice. The
mouth is round with a rich, silky character framed by soft tannins.
